What is Nia?

Nia ® is a technique inspired by dance, martial arts and wellness practice. The combination of movements based on these different techniques brings to those who practice Nia fitness and (re) appropriation of one's body and one's relationship between body, mind and spirit.

Nia is practiced barefoot. You can dance at any age whether you are a novice or an athlete in dance and fitness.

In a class of Nia, one moves while listening to one's body and where he wants to lead. We focus on the present moment while expressing our personality and soul.
